Our founder

Why we started

My name is Gabriela Llanos de Stickler. For more than 25 years I have worked across four continents, building partnerships and connecting people from diverse cultures. I hold an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima.

Having lived in eight countries and as a mother of three daughters, I learned that what people value most everywhere is to feel accompanied, understood, and cared for.

There were moments when distance from loved ones made me realize how powerful simple presence can be — a conversation, a shared walk, someone who truly listens. From that realization, Prime Circle by GT was born.

Triada Soininen

My name is Triada Soininen. I completed my secondary education in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before returning to Vienna, where I graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a Master's degree in Business Administration.

With more than 20 years in management consulting, leading international projects and teams, I have learned how to truly listen and understand the individual needs of each person.

As a mother of two children, and through my own experience with my parents, I understand how important personal interaction is — and the right kind of intellectual stimulation — to remain content and mentally fit well into old age.
